As a Resident with the Phoenix Eagles, I will rotate through key programs—including the Eagles Boys Club and the Eagles REC —providing support while learning the day‑to‑day operations of each area. I will also assist with translation for our international ministry tour to Colombia. By the end of my residency, I aim to gain several months of broad, hands‑on experience that prepares me for future roles in both ministry and the professional world.

Through my involvement with the Eagles, I have developed a closer relationship with the Lord. I have also seen how a strong community can guide and support people in the right direction in so many ways. As I have been gradually exposed to the organization and its different programs, I began to truly enjoy being involved, especially because it has allow me to help others through a sport that I love. Making positive changes within our community is incredibly rewarding, especially when we are able to put smiles on people’s faces. In this role, I am excited to learn more about the behind-the-scenes aspects of the programs and to build meaningful connections with the people I will be working alongside.
