HOW TO REGISTER:

1. Create an account in PlayMetrics.

2. Sign up by clicking ONE of the three options listed below:

If you are a TEAM CAPTAIN

• It is your responsibility to collect payment from your team members.

• You must submit the full $300 team payment.

• Select the “Full Team” option in PlayMetrics.

If you are NOT a captain (players with a team)

• Register by selecting “Players with a Team.”

• Sign the electronic waiver.

• You will see $0 listed, as payment should already have been made to your captain.

If you are a FREE AGENT

• Register by selecting the “Free Agents” option. ($30)

• We will place you on a team that requests extra players.
